Ingredients




Maida-1kg
Egg-9
Ghee-50g
Sugar-750g
Elachi powder-1tsp
Baking soda-1/4tsp
Salt
Oil - for frying




Preparation




Mix sugar and egg.Beat well with hand till the sugar dissolves add all with egg mixture and make a smooth dough leave it for 2hour roll it and cut small pieces .deep fry in low flame
